PLEASE NOTE: You’ll need to fill out a Cut Sheet for your Half a Beef order. This can be done after the deposit if paid. This is approximately 400-500 (depending on the size of the cow) pounds of meat. 40% will be ground beef, with the remaining 60% as assorted cuts, including steaks, ribs, roasts and shanks.
